Sacred Rage Workshop

Women have been taught it's not okay to express or feel their anger.We are called a Bitch, too sensitive, too much, too loud, or taught it will grow and take over because it's bad and wrong so whatever you do...DO NOT FEEL IT.What they didn't tell us is that if we DON'T let it out, it either ...Turns inward on us where we hate ourselves and our bodies, we pop off for no reason at everyone and everythingorWe suppress it to the point of causing, emotional, mental or even physical damage to our bodies sometimes becoming

dis-ease. We aren't taught HOW to let it out as well as being a given a safe supportive place to do so, so we can put anger back where it should be.....

In balance and used as a motivating supportive energy toward:Goals, boundary setting, leaving and saying no to bad relationships and situations and so on.Instead of a destroyer of all that gets too close to us or is trying too.Anger is meant to make us feel powerful, confident, and unstoppable.

Not burn down out of control all that it comes in contact with because it needsspace to breathe when it's being suffocated and shamed instead for existing.MEANING YOU BEING SHAMED FOR SIMPLY EXISTING.The only way to do that is for women to share their pain and anger and see it as SACRED and powerful...To learn how to accept it and release it....To see it as not something to scared anymore but an ally...a warrior of the highest level always ready to protect you when actually NEEDED out of love and growth... not fear.Well there is a now a safe place for us women to be to do just that.To let all this out despite what anyone will think.Despite what YOU will think.To let your hair down and let that fire in you burn out of control for as long as you want in your way.... on your terms in a safe supportive environment.To take off all things that bind you to anyone in any way on the outside or otherwise and scream "FUCK YOU!!" at the top of your lungs to all who have judged you, taken advantage of you, put their hands on you, taken your voice, your choice....your innocence.To be in a place safe enough to stop having to be the perfect pretty pretty princess and let your villain out to stomp, wail, roar, and RAGE out all that has been suffocating and silencing you.TO.  JUST.  EXIST.DEEP HEALING AND CHANGE HAPPENS WHEN YOU GATHER WITH OTHER SISTERS WITH THE "HEALING INTENTION" TO RAGE.It's miraculous.IT'S SACRED.

So.... If you have unresolved sexual trauma, this is for you. ️If you are mad at men for what they have done to you, people you love, or the world, then it's also meant for you. If you are mad at and/or hate your ex this is meant for you. ️If you are upset at yourself and can't forgive yourself this workshop is for you. If your inner child is wounded, furious, and won't connect with you this is for you both. ️If you hold resentment or anger towards yourself or others you are meant to be in this. If you are a people pleaser who has always put others needs and wants above yours then this is very much meant for you. ️If you are tired of having to look and act perfect like some perfect fucking princess doll and instead want to let your bad girl out then Goddess this is for you. If you wake up pissed off, stay pissed off, or get pissed off at small and big things this is for you. ️If you have Father, Mother or other abuser wounds then this is definitely for you. If you have ancestorial trauma that needs to be expressed, healed and released then this also for you. ️If you have misplaced anger that makes you lash out at those closest to you when they don't deserve it, this for you.
