Soil & Soul Full Day Winter Retreat

Come and join us for a day of connection and deeply restful practicies to honour ourselves and connect with one another through what can feel like one of the longest, coldest and darkest of months.

We will come together for the deep nourishment that this season calls for. The day includes:

- ancestoral tea drinking

- folk stories

- deep relaxing qigong and yoga

- homemade vegetarian lunch and indulgent bakes

- vision boarding

- using herbs to support our health and wellness 

- meditation centred around sound and raising our vibration

Ems will bring us one of the most wonderfully relaxing yoga practices, I myself, adore Ems' practices. The perfect balance of intention setting, movement, stillness, and breathwork. Ems says, "In qigong we explore smooth flowing movements, allowing the mind and body to be fluid and receptive to the flow of life. Combining yoga asana brings strength and stability to our experience, invititing us to reach our roots down into the earth so that we may find a balance of courage and presence."

Food will be preapred by myself. "Cooking is hearth magic, folk magic, women's magic if I may. The kitchen is one of my favourite places because, a lot of the time, it's where the magic happens. It's where love and raw ingredients are alchemised into nourishment. My kitchen is an extension of my alter." On this day, as with any other of our retreats, we will share this nourishment, magic and love together bringing soul food to our bodies and feeling the love that has gone into making it, for us all. 

Our day will be wrapped up with a beautifully empowering closing ceremony, you will leave feeling calm, more grounded, loved, supported and nourished. 

On payment, if you decide to pay "Deposit only" the full balance will need to be paid 14 calendar days before the event begins. All deposits are non-refundable.
