About the event

Step into the stillness of Soulton Long Barrow on the Autumn Equinox and allow yourself to rest in the embrace of both stone and the shifting of season. Surrounded by the earth’s quiet strength, you will be immersed in the resonant tones of crystal sound bowls. Their pure vibrations create a landscape of sound that gently carries the body and mind into deep relaxation.

This is an opportunity to pause from the busyness of everyday life and experience the unique atmosphere of the Long Barrow in a new way. The sound waves invite tension to ease, thoughts to settle, and a profound calm to emerge.

You're going to need to bring a mat, chair, or cushion to make yourself comfortable, and a blanet to keep yourself warm. Then simply lie back as the sound unfolds around you. No previous experience is needed, just come as you are and allow yourself the rare gift of stillness in this extraordinary space.

Parking is at Soulton Hall.

Please note, the barrow has no toilet facilities. You will need to use the facilities at Soulton Hall before making your way over to the barrow on foot. It's a short ten minute walk from where you park, following the standing stones, over to the barrow where you will be met by Merryn, your host and the barrow's guardian.

Please note, due to this being a 'performance', we will start promptly at 7pm. Please ensure you arrive from 6.30pm to set up your cosy space so we can begin on time.
